Nina and Mitch Davidson celebrated the birth of a son, Yehoshua Shlomo (Joshua Solomon). Mazal tov also to grandparents Inge and Ira Rennert. Seryl and Charles Kushner celebrated the birth of a grandson, Yitzchak Eliezer, son of Nicole and Tuvia Meyer. Batsheva and Dr. Albert Waitman celebrated the birth of a granddaughter, Yaali Shimona, daughter of Drs. Becky and Jonathan Waitman of White Plains. Andrew Lowinger’s new grandson, whose birth was announced last month, has been named Menashe Simcha. He is a son of Lisa and Evan Pockriss. In addition, Mr. Lowinger celebrated the birth of another grandson, Yitzchak Eliezer, son of Tova and Jay Levinson. In Warsaw on November 16, the United Nations, UNESCO, and the government of Poland awarded the International Prize for Tolerance to Cantor Joseph Malovany.
